• Processed subcontractor ratification forms and resolved subcontractor payment bond claims.
• Provided construction management and acted as a liaison between the Veterans Administration, the Surety and the Contractor in default of the project to completion
• Provided the surety with a cost to complete estimate
• Negotiated and performed successful completion of the project within time limit & budget allowed.
