Jan E. Swaney P. E. is an owner and Principal Consultant with 40+ years of combined experience in heavy civil and building construction, commercial and residential glass and glazing, construction management, construction completion consulting and expert witness testimony. He has been involved in all aspects of construction throughout his professional career with extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential construction including subcontract reviews and negotiations, change order preparation and negotiation, job costing, job scheduling, submittal preparation and engineering design. Jan has also served as an arbitrator, mediator and member of dispute resolution boards in construction disputes. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from California State University, Chico and served in The United States Marine Corps.
