Jan Swaney
Principal Owner
Jan E. Swaney P. E. is an owner and Principal Consultant with 40+ years of combined experience in heavy civil and building construction, commercial and residential glass and glazing, construction management, construction completion consulting and expert witness testimony. He has been involved in all aspects of construction throughout his professional career with extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential construction including subcontract reviews and negotiations, change order preparation and negotiation, job costing, job scheduling, submittal preparation and engineering design. Jan has also served as an arbitrator, mediator and member of dispute resolution boards in construction disputes. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from California State University, Chico and served in The United States Marine Corps. Jan E. Swaney is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer P. E. #33607 in the State of California. He also holds a California General Engineering A license #665956.
Kadin Swaney
Project Manager – Construction
Kadin E. Swaney is a General and Specialty Glass and Glazing Contractor with over 15 years of combined experience in construction project management. Kadin is experienced in site preparation, grading, excavating and paving of public works projects. He is responsible for construction defect investigation of fenestrations and exterior building envelopes. He is experienced in forensic leak investigation analysis for window systems utilizing AAMA and ASTM testing procedures and guidelines. He holds a Construction Management degree from California State University, Chico Kadin Swaney is a licensed “B” general Contractor and holds a C-17 Speciality license in Glass & Glazing in the state of California.

Tom Logue
Senior Project Manager – Scheduler
Thomas B. Logue is a Senior Project Manager with 30+ years of combined experience in construction project management and construction project scheduling. Tom holds a C-17 specialty glazing license and is experienced in fenestration systems and exterior building envelopes. He performs quality control and forensic leak investigation analysis for window systems utilizing AAMA and ASTM testing procedures and guidelines. He performs analysis of fenestration interfaces with wood, stucco, and dryvit exterior finish systems and is proficient in fabricating and calibrating water test spray racks. Tom’s scheduling experience includes the preparation of baseline schedules, providing monthly updates and schedule narrative reports, contemporaneous time impact analyses and forensic schedule delay analyses utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and other high performance project management applications. He holds an Occupational Associates degree in Architecture.
Jessup Swaney
Senior Project Manager – Scheduler
Jessup G. Swaney P. E. is a Project Manager with 15 years of combined experience in construction project management, construction scheduling, and environmental civil engineering. Jessup is experienced in the development of CPM baseline schedules and generates updates for clients on a variety of civil, heavy civil, public works, roadway, and commercial projects. Jessup also assists in providing construction management services for commercial and residential construction. Jessup’s scheduling experience includes the preparation of baseline schedules, providing monthly updates and schedule narrative reports, developing contemporaneous time impact analyses, and performing forensic schedule delay analyses utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and other high performance project management applications. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from California State University, Chico. Jessup G. Swaney is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer P. E. #79215 in the State of California.

Joanne Swaney
President – Chief Financial Officer
Joanne L. Swaney is an owner and chief financial officer with over 30 years of combined experience in business administration, monitoring and organizing all fiscal reporting activities including; revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, contract budgets, purchasing and payroll activity, banking, cash flow, fringe and health benefit plans. Joanne assists in the contract review and administration of construction related projects, assists in litigation support matters and final review of pertinent project outgoing claims, reports and correspondence. She holds a Social Welfare and Master’s degree from California State University, Chico.
Sharyn Mitchell
Senior Project Administrator
Sharyn E.Mitchell is a Senior Project Administrator and Litigation Manager with over 10 years of combined experience providing support in all phases of preparation for trial, arbitration and mediation, including exhibit development, data collection, extensive forensic document research and document review for clients in the construction industry. Sharyn also has an administrative background in public works administration of construction contracts with an emphasis on capital improvement projects. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Dominican University, San Rafael, Ca., A Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of California, Berkely and a Juris Doctorate from Empire School of Law, Santa Rosa, Ca.

Amy Fields
Assistant Bookkeeper
Amy L. Fields is an Assistant Bookkeeper with over 24 years of bookkeeping experience providing account management in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconcillations and preparation of financial statements. She also assists corporate officers and employees in enrollment in employee benefit packages, including 401K and profit Sharing.
